- Step 1: Open your DocuWare Login Page
- Step 2: Click 'Reset Password'
- Step 3: Type in your email address and click 'Send Email'
- Step 4: Open the email you will have just received
- Step 5: Login to DocuWare
Please note: If your organization uses Azure AD Single-Sign-On this article is not relevant to you.
Step 1: Open your DocuWare Login Page
- Open your DocuWare Web Client to the login page. For DocuWare Cloud customers this will be: "https://company-name.docuware..cloud for on-premise customers this will be your server name https://servername/docuware
Step 2: Click 'Reset Password'
Step 3: Type in your email address and click 'Send Email'
Step 4: Open the email you will have just received
- The email you have just received will show your DocuWare Username and also have a link to reset the password. Click the link and enter your new password into the boxes displayed
Step 5: Login to DocuWare
Open the DocuWare Login Page (Step 1) and enter the Username that was shown in the reset email received and your newly set password.
